GBN Services Goes Digital

As part of GBN Services continued effort to provide a high quality and streamlined service for our customers, we have made a huge investment in a new waste management system, Weighsoft 5.

GBN Services have almost completed the rollout of the system across all our depots and our customers have already seen the benefits of the transition.

The feedback from both drivers and office staff is very positive. Customers feedback has also been extremely positive; we collect customer feedback on the drivers tablets at the end of each job.

This impressive system has allowed us to become more sustainable and environmentally friendly with all documents now being electronic, including invoices and tickets. The driver’s PDAs also allow us to take photos whilst at the job, specific jobs notes can also be added, and we can record the times on and off site. This allows us to work more efficiently as a company, because all the information being logged is in real time.

The system allows us to use an advanced reporting system, meaning we can extract important information for both us a company and for the customer. We have banksmen in every yard and they too have new tablets that integrate their waste analysis directly into the Weighsoft 5 system, thus improving the accuracy of waste analysis.

Customers are also being given the option to log onto the portal to access all the information on their jobs, including tickets, photos and licenses.
