DEFRA has requested we circulate this survey to help gather important information to inform government how best to support the waste industry during this time. We understand that many operators have applied for support through the existing packages available, but many have been declined for numerous reasons. Therefore, it is hoped that if a good case can be made by DEFRA to the Treasury, there may well be a bespoke package of support extended specifically for our sector.

If your business has several categories or sites, please provide information for those different categories wherever possible. The personal information you provide is confidential and any data will be anonymised. DEFRA has also asked the EA to circulate this survey, so you may receive it more than once!
